Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official GOTRAX portal with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure your product is in its original packaging with all chargers, manuals, and tools included, as items must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Securely attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to be sent back to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
